Lobster rolls originated in Maine. These sandwiches are so good that they can now be enjoyed everywhere lobster is fished. After a perfect day at the beach, there is nothing better than biting into a delicious lobster roll and enjoying the taste of the sea.

Ingredients

  • Cooked lobster meat
  • Homemade or store-bought mayonnaise
  • Celery, finely diced
  • Fresh herbs: parsley, chive, tarragon, basil, chervil, etc.
  • Aleppo or Espelette pepper (optional)
  • Bread rolls, toasted or grilled
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Direction

In a bowl, mix together lobster meat, mayonnaise, celery, choice of herbs, pepper, salt and ground pepper. Spread lobster mixture on roll and enjoy right away.
