Found offshore, about 20 miles off the coast of Îles de la Madeleine, scallops require lots of work. Often harvested as a complementary fishing resource, wild scallops from Îles de la Madeleine are high quality products known for their size and taste. We sell the most popular part of this mollusk, the adductor muscle.
