Abundantly available off the coast of our archipelago, the snow crab is one of the main species harvested in the cold waters of Îles de la Madeleine. Our experienced fishermen recognize the exceptional quality of fine raw material, which is then processed with care at our Grande-Entrée plant specialized in snow crab conservation. Result: exceptional products appreciated locally and around the world.
